My name is Terrell Whitaker and I welcome you to Power Dynamics Fitness where the main priority is for you to achieve your goals. As a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritional Coach, and Certified Powerlifting Coach, I am pleased to be your fitness coach. For years, I have researched, studied, and  implemented the things I have learned within the fitness industry long before my journey led me here.

In 2012, I decided to become a better me when a gentleman that I worked with, and who was also a trainer, told me that he saw potential in me. From that moment, a seed was planted in my mind and I became dedicated to living out that potential. Years later, I have achieved numerous accomplishments within the fitness arena that based on the help of another, gave me the confidence to take a new direction in my life.

I am looking to do the same with those who are ready to make that change in their lives. If you are looking for a well designed and personalized program that will put you on track to achieving your goals, you are in the right place. I believe in building a connection with my clients instead of giving everyone a generic "one size fits all" fitness regimen will help those who have either tried other options and it didn't work out or have never stepped in a gym.

           POWERLIFTING COACHING

 

I have witnessed the strength and training that goes into powerlifting. I have taken note of the utilization of biomechanics and physiology to improve on your lifts. I have worked with a powerlifter from the ground up as I helped cultivate her strength and empower her to push her way to the top in competitions while bringing home numerous gold medals. I want to help others achieve these possibilities as well. Through vigorous, yet gratifying programs, we will work together as your personal records continue to surpass your wildest dreams. 

            MEAL PLANNING

 

You must fuel the body with the proper nutrients in order to get the results you want! I provide comprehensive and customized meal plans for those who are training to be fit, training to build more muscle and those who are looking to lose fat. You can add meal plans to your training sessions with me or receive them separately. I do meal plans for all walks of life! My meat eaters, vegetarians, pescatarians, vegans, keto dieters, paleo, or those with food allergies. Each meal plan is created with you in mind and keeps variety in your weekly meals.
