Whether you are looking to build muscle, lose fat, increase your cardiovascular strength, or looking to be happy with what you see in the mirror, here at Power Dynamics Fitness, your goals are achievable! Through the many options available, I am able to help those who have never stepped into the gym to those who are advanced lifters that may be looking to get out of a plateau. With the services offered, I know that we can find the perfect fit!

           PERSONAL TRAINING (ONLINE/ IN-PERSON)

Personal Training sessions are perfect for anyone of any skill level. Each session is one on one and individualized to meet your specific goals by challenging you for optimal growth. Within the evolution of online-based personal training, Power Dynamics Fitness now offers online sessions for those looking for guidance in their fitness journey. One-on-one sessions are available through web-based teleconferencing and/or phone to ensure that you are getting the results you want.  

           POWERLIFTING COACHING (ONLINE/IN-PERSON)

As a certified coach within the United States Powerlifting Association (USPA), I can coach those who have had some interest in the powerlifting sport or who may already be a competitor that's looking for the extra push to go for the gold! Depending on your fitness level, this option allows you to train for competitions within the Powerlifting community or if you want bragging rights for being the strongest of your friends. These sessions are one-on-one with individualized workout plans that strengthen any weaknesses or imbalances in your form and reinforce your strengths to make them stronger.

           INDIVIDUALIZED WORKOUT PLANS

 

Sometimes going into the gym can be daunting. Lots of machines with no idea how to navigate the gym. Or maybe you've become bored with the gym and need a change to the mundane. This option will work perfect for you! This option works well for individuals who have an intermediate or higher level of fitness or even those who are just starting out. If you are an individual whose schedule may not be conducive to training sessions, this would also work well for you. During an in- depth consultation, the information provided will help cater a customized plan to jumpstart your fitness journey, kick the plateaus, or even switch up the redundant routines!     

           POWERLIFTING PROGRAMMING

 

Similar to the individualized workout plan option, the programming for powerlifters is available for those who have an intermediate or higher level of fitness whose schedules may not be conducive for consistent training sessions. Powerlifting programming is geared towards individuals who may be in their off-season or prepping for their next competition. There will be a need to meet at least once a week or twice a month to make sure that all exercises are performed correctly and that the programming is being followed to ensure optimal results. There are arrangements that can be made for those who are unable to make training sessions.

           MEAL PLANNING

 

To compliment your lifestyle changes, meal prepping is essential! Meal plans are available for all dietary restrictions, including vegetarian and vegan. Having a background in cooking and meal planning for a variety of dietary restrictions for powerlifters and individuals who were looking to lose weight and/or gain muscle, there is a sense of pride that I take in making sure that the meals are flavorful and exciting.
